Axxess.co.za worst service experience would not recommend

I have to say dealing with axxess to get my fiber install from the start was painful waited forever and well past turn around times by the time i got impatient and irate an agent woke up and realized oh no this should have been done already and then only i got a date to ahve everything up and running, once its up its solid i haven't had issues(praise to all the gods) , now the real kicker is getting upgraded is one of the worst things i had to deal with in a long time, i put in the upgrade and they say ok it will take a week to do(not happy about that because upgrading a link is a quick job) so i wait with nothin happening on day 8 i get involved again with nothing happening only that it is now escalated to lines, what the hell has been happening the last 8 days !!!!! now i got an sms saying I've been upgraded, oh no its not surprise surprise, now only to find out its only now been submitted *** now i have to wait another week!!! i can say with utter cer*****y that being slowly eaten alive by ants would be a more pleasurable experience than dealing with axxess -*** out of 10 worst service well non existent service, rather set yourself on fire than sign up with them
