Axxess.co.za think twice before using them

When I joined this company for hosting I requested my company invoicing and payments be kept in the name of my companies as according the companies act and the SARS VAT act and for obvious admin and accounting purposes. The invoicing and payments are all issued in the name of one company, they refuse to amend the situation, they do not respond to support tickets, after receiving full payment via credit-card, they insinuated that my credit card transactions are ********** ?? :( and I may only settle vie EFT they then blocked my card payment option. If you are thinking to move to this company think again. Sometimes it is better the devil you know but in most cases it seems hosting providers are just *********** in general.
