Axxess.co.za Sucks!

Been battling for 3 weeks to get DNS and Security set up correctly by Axxess Hosting. Not able to configure a simple Prestashop install.

People now all went home, after I let them know that the issue has not been resolved! And I also let them know I paid for a graphic designed to assist with the site.

9 hours later, they let me down again, all went home, and no website. Losing Huge income!!
