Axxess.co.za response to customers are non-exsistant.

Once the service is provided every thing works great, however the support staff and the shipping group does not respond to tickets or emails. All I get is the standard call center scripted responses on chats. More support tickets are still open for 4+ days Best ISP I don't know. They should get 6 stars for onetime invoicing and collecting their money. JD
