My elderly parents have an internet connection that has had issues for over one month. With zero line connectivity for over 8 hours at a time. They are not technical. You have ridiculous policies where you expect them to run various tests on the line and to email you. With info before you can “resolve your line issue”. Expecting non-technical elderly people to run ridiculous test from phones and tables is pathetic. Expecting them to email you from a line that is down and save ridiculous test data that they cannot pull and email at a later date is pathetic! Your Help desk personnel just follow a pre-set ridiculous pathetic script they are extremely rude unhelpful and technically inept. And when you point out that the BS tests they want non-technical people to run cannot be run they insist they cannot resolve the issue and they put the phone down. What a F@#Ked up Company and F@#Ked up processes utterly useless. When you ask to escalate to a more senior person who would have more technical knowledge to understand your BS process is flawed they refuse or give you the run around. When asked for reference numbers none are given and the phone is put down. And make promises that are never kept. Pathetic and totally unacceptable Axxess. Your company and service have fallen so very very far from your good service when you first opened. You have 24 hours to resolve the issue or I will be moving the connection! Pathetic
