Axxess.co.za not professional

I have seen it all - they don't respond - they don't care - they ignore you - they are not profession - they can not refund your money - they seem not to know their job - they don't have escalation matrix - i registered a website with them everything was broken no email addresses, site not setup properly, 2 weeks not responding, they completely don't care about service.
