Axxess.co.za is No.1 worst hosting company in South Africa

Axxess fibre/hosting and Domain is absolute *******, no other word for it and pure waste of time and airtime when you call them for a support. The new guys working in that department don't know or have experience about their job. The worst part of it is, when you email them, no one respond and when they respond, they always escalate it. I don't know to who, probably they have another hosting department underground. Try and ask to speak with their TEAM LEADER, he's never on seat, never available. I miss Godfrey, ever since that guy left, the only section working perfectly is their account and billing department. Can you believe I have called them 3 times this morning, spoken to 3 different hosting support agent regarding my website that is down, what they do is to put you on hold till you run out of airtime and when you leave your number for them to call back, You will never stop getting this SMS messages asking you to rate their agent. Per day I get that annoying SMS more than 6 time in a day and that has been happening for a week now. Whether you rate(charges apply) or not, You will battle with that same messages the following day. Axxess is just nothing but headache and they don't even care about there rating. I noticed they never responded to anyone's comment and i am sure they wont which clearly shows lack of company integrity and truly its a company not worth using/Trying
