Axxess.co.za horrible service

I wanted to give them no stars....I started with Axxess in the middle of September which was ok but the last 3 days just became terrible and this after I just paid my full premium.

They have the worst customer service and the time they take to get back to you is **********....I have acquired this line for business and this is a bad which take me down before I even started
