axxess your technical support & customer support IS PATHETIC!!

there is just absolutely ZERO technical support or even customer support! they don't respond on tech support emails and ignore the facebook messenger, when you post to the axxess FB page, they just don't publish it!

tech support emails sent X3, ZERO replies (except the generated ticket number reply)

FB page messages X9 unread/ignored

how can you just ignore long term customers, for that matter any customer??
