Axxess - Worst Support Ever

ATTENTION! Worst support I have ever received from any ISP! I've been struggling with my newly installed fibre line since April this year (8 months). I have unstable ping and excessive loss at certain times. I have provided numerous tests, data, etc and they still couldn't resolve the issue. They take days to get back to you and the support guys aren't s****ed enough to understand and solve the problem at hand. We have determined that the fault is with Axxess as the Openserve test account works perfectly all the time. I do not recommend going with Axxess as your ISP!
