Axxess, worst ISP ever !!!

The only reason I'm giving them a 1 star rating, is due to the site not allowing negative values, but they really don't even deserve a one star rating. It felt like they were trying to be the worst ISP in Africa, with no customer support, no service delivery, but extremely quick to debit your account, and they were succeeding with their aspirations. They even debited my account without permission, for a service that was cancelled over a week ago, with a confirmation phone call yesterday saying that they won't debit as the invoice they sent, was sent in error. If I had known about the many bad reviews on here, I would not have signed up, so hopefully someone else sees these reviews and stays away, wasted two weeks of my life where I had to go and work from coffee shops due to no internet, signed up with a different ISP yesterday, and would you believe it, I have internet.
