Axxess - Worst ISP EVER!

My internet is down more than it is up. Beginning of November it went from 10mbps speed down to 0.3kbps! Axxess said that because the line didn't go completely down, no refund or anything would be entertained by them and they will and did charge me full price! It was like that for almost 10 days! Today it went down yet again, i logged 3 / 4 faults and complaints asking a senior person call me back, and no surprise, not 1 single phonecall. Yet im meant to be happy to pay for this service? Absolutely unacceptable and theft of my money that i pay for a service i'm not receiving!
