Axxess Worst ISP

Axxess is officially the worst isp in South Africa. Your websites, emails or internet goes down and irrelevant how long it is down they don't refund you. My websites have all been down since yesterday and i cannot get a hold of them via any platform i have tried. Weekends are even worse as they don't have support. You are required to send an email and hope and pray that you will receive support. I will definitely not recommend Axxess to anyone.
