Axxess Worst ISP

Axxess is the worst service delivery isp i have come across. They don't answer their emails, phones and tickets. Their hosting platform goes down and you cannot get a hold of them to get support. When they are back up and running then suddenly they are available. They then tell you but everything is working on their side so you must be using a blacklisted ip address. They were down for 3 days whilst migrating their clients to a new platform after sending out communication that it will not affect anyone. Hundreds of domains and email accounts were down for 3 days. Its a shocker. No apologies or even a refund offered to clients. Do not sign up with axxess as you will be sorry.
