Axxess - WORST fibre service in South Africa!!!

Please think twice before signing up with Axxess for fibre. We ended up waiting more than 2 months for them to just activate our internet which has still not been done to date. In the meantime they have already billed us! We haven't got an active internet connection nor have we used ANY internet (how could we) NOW we are being told we have to pay a cancellation of R999 for a service we never received! We can't go over to a new provider as they don't want to release our line. What bull**** is this???!!! I have never in my life experienced such poor and bad service from any internet company and will never recommend anyone to make use of them.
