AXXESS WORSE SERVCIE

i have made a network complaint on the 04.06.2018 since then all i get is "we are waiting on internet solutions to provide feedback". it has been escalted so many times and im tired of complaining and wasting my airtime all the time. i was told it had to do with the network pole then suddenly no ones knows why i have the low speeds. CellC LTE gve me speeds of average 40mbps now suddenly im down to 1 and 2 if im lucky. utter bull**** if you ask me. help me resolve this or i will be complaining more and more, deaf ears or not.
