Axxess Won't Help Their Loyal Customers

I usually buy an uncapped service at the end of the month after my capped services is depleted. Up until June 2019, I was able to cancel the uncapped service again in the current month. Suddenly, this is not an option anymore now I am charged for both a capped and uncapped account for July.

I've cancelled my services with Axxess because nobody is willing to help me. I've been with Axxess for about 4 years now. Oh well, they don't care about their customers.
