AXXESS WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

I am EXTREMELY disgusted by the service from Axxess support. They have zero respect for their clients, they don't communication on product changes that can save their clients money.

When I first join they were offering 130GB for R519 and then two months later they started offering 180GBfor R399. I sent an email regarding this and I was promised that they will change my service to unlimited LTE and the change will be automatically. Only to find out this was not changed and I now don't have any connection. Tried talking to the consultant and she gave me an attitude, telling me the CHANGE MIGHT be after 30 days. when I had asked several times when the change will be effective.

FRUSTRATED!!!
