Axxess Wifi/internet poor service

I wont recommend Axxess internet/wifi to anyone. For more than a year I struggled with connections. Cant watch tv or use our phones from 18:00. They never could solve this problem. Today 5 Nov 2024 I had enough, since the 1st, absolutely no internet or wifi. I canceled my subscription which I still supposed to use the service until the end of the month. I paid for November usage. They completely disconnected me from their service. This is *****ing. Then you Axxess is suppose to pay my Nov fee back. They have very poor service provider help. They never get back to you after submitting a connection problem. 90% of the day and night you won't have wifi. Waist of money. Never use them. They are horrible
