Axxess - What a *******

I am paying for a 100mbps (uncapped) fiber line (100Mbps - upload & 100Mbps download), however, in the evening my speed drops to 2.7Mbps - Download & 37Mbps - Upload. It takes forever to download movies, not to talk about streaming videos. I had a 20Mbps Telkom ADSL line before and it ran way better than the Axxess fiber line I have now. They are ******** as I pay for a service they are not supplying.
