AXXESS - WHAT A PATHETIC COMPANY

I have only been with them since Friday last week and I've only experienced frustration with Axxess. They tried to debit my account for the prorata amount since last week with no notification of this. The debit order bounced due to there being no money in my account as my debit order is set for 1st of every month. This is now affecting my credit score.

I spoke to their accounts department and they confirmed they will bill as per our contract. Only to come home and my internet is blocked
