Axxess went from Hero to Zero in 1 Transaction!

I'm afraid that my recent experience with my fibre transaction with Axxess has been less than pleasing. I am regretting going with them. I've been using them for LTE connectivity at 2 sites and have been very happy ..... up to now. In fact, I am not retaining the LTE through them and, having recommended Axxess to the other 20 Fibre adopters in our estate, I have told them to rather try another ISP. Sorry Axxess but you dropped the ball and your consultants have no clue how to handle a recovery of the dropped ball.
