Axxess, Vumatel, Openserve!! ****ing pathetic! Do not ever use there ISPs!!! They have no solutions only headaches!

So I have been with axxess for 2 years no issues. I move into a new home and I want to from lte to fibre. I have a fibre box and all I need is the line installed. I cancel the lte data I have set up that I'm working with, because I believe 2 months is enough time to move over from lte to fibre. During the last 2 weeks, all I want to do is cancel the old line with the old owners and have fibre myself. I have the router, I have the Fibre box, no activation. My lte finishes and I'm supposed to be kicked in with fibre, but my fibre issues are not yet resolved. I call to ask what can I use to be able to work while ur sorting out my fibre and get told. No mam, nothing.You can't work this week. You must buy a new Sim and it takes 7 days to be delivered. Y the ****! Must I buy a new Sim, when I have ur Sim and I just need the data to be able to work while ur sorting out my fibre. This has taken so long to sort out and now it's with openserve which I have no hope for, because they're pathetic with service in general. You're telling me I can't ****ing work. And there is nothing I can take out, no way that I can work today without taking out a new contact on something new. Do you ****ing know... I cancelled the lines 2 months ago! To still not be set up!!! Now I must sit with nothing! No internet and I can't work!! Because u can't sort the issues with open serve, I'm sorry mam , we can only email then and wait for theyre response!! You are a most useless company!!! Your clients must sit with no internet and no work because you can't talk to ****ing openserve and Vumatel!!! I just want a ****ing way to have internet and work today without tying myself down to two ****ing contracts at a time!!!!
