Axxess / Vumatel I dont care - Your process and Service Sucks !

I am so disappointed in Axxess and there "Move Home" process ... I seen this capability on their portal and I thought WOW this is great. Makes my life so much easier. I am moving house all I need to do is a couple of clicks and Bob's your uncle ..... Worse process ever ! I told them a month in advance im moving house. I'm in my new home for almost 2 weeks, still not connected. And I paid in full for September :( .... Its been none stop lazy, pass the buck, throw over the wall since the first day. It's not us its Vumatel , We logged a ticket blah blah blah blah .... I have spent almost R1000 on buying data to continue working as I work from home. This is the most annoying service and it's sad they quick to take money but slow on service.
