Axxess very poor

Months without internet, dozens of calls, online tickets...

Ask you to perform speed tests, these are at zero, you send it and they close the ticket. No response, no fixing anything. Over and over. I am holding on as we speak 42 minutes in, they pick up and immediately put you on hold again. It's a joke, certainly not what they used to be.
