Axxess - Very dishonest wifi service provider

I had the very bad experience dealing with Axxess. I was a customer of them for years and at the end of February we had to move house. I informed Axxess that we are moving house, and only after the third attempt did, they eventually answer me ; by stating they will send me a link to fill in a moving house application. This link was never sent and after another 4 times trying to get hold of them i gave up and cancelled my subscription with them. I send the cancellation on the 3rd of March seeing that the 1st was on a Saturday. Now they deducted another month's subscription of my account and stating that i had to give them a months' notice, which i did. But they sa i had to cancel on the 25th of the previous month. At the time of sign up they did not disclose this, they actually said i could cancel anytime i want as long as i give 2 weeks' notice. This is unacceptable. Please people do not trust this company they are ******* and extremely dishonest
