Axxess = USELESS SUPPORT

If you are looking for an ISP. DO NOT SUPPORT AXXESS.

I have referred multiple people and supported them over the years, I have been a client with them for more than 2 years now and have not had a single month where about I don't have issues. I have tried asking managers to call me, i have asked and begged for help but then just don't care...

I honestly dont know what to do anymore as logging support calls fixes the problem for a day and the next I need to call in again...

I cannot believe I am saying this but mobile data is more stable than Axxess ADSL
