Axxess useless RAIN LTE deals AND *********

Why is there no negative star rating available. I cancelled my LTE Rain SIM only deal today. On the portal the it only gives me the option of end of May and end of June. Yes I'm aware of the one month calendar notice period, hence me doing it on the 1st day of the month. Are you telling me if I completed the cancellation on the portal yesterday it would've given me the option for end of April?

Further to the below, one of your administrator's tried to coerce me in signing up for a new LTE deal with a Telkom SIM. Once I signed up for the new LTE deal they will be able to cancel my current month-to-month contract for end of April.

But now it seems like they will not honor the end of April cancellation as I refuse to sign a new deal with them.
