AXXESS used to be reliable
For over a month now that Axxess fails to deliver a decent service from Rain LTE. I call Axxess almost everyday. They don't really care. They try ALWAYS to pass the buck by blaming Rain. I deal with Axess not Rain. If there are issues fix it. Actually, yesterday, I was told that one of the towers in the area was down. Am I being compensated for that? Have I been told that? NO... Reduce my monthly subscription until the tower is restored. Wake up and supply a stable service.

17 Jun 2019, 07:50Reporting back on my review. It is now days after the post complaining about the signal and it is obvious that Axxess really doesn't give a damn. In the meantime I tried Telkom LTE and although they offer speeds up to 25Mbps their LTE is way better than Axxess (Rain) with speeds up to 30Mbps and over.
