Axxess unprofessional conduct with clients

I really feel let down by Axxess as an institution that provides data for its clients, on about the 18 September 2020 I saw on Facebook a package offered/advertised by Axxess, a 70/70gb including a router for R399. 00 on month to month no contract, short of it I ordered on line, after much struggling I got through, days after they delivered what I thought was everything, only to receive a Sim card, I immediately contacted them to make them aware of this, they told me that was what I ordered, Inspite of my explanation on what I had wanted, they insisted on what was delivered, I then told them both verbally and in writing that there can never be a deal unless they supp**** what I needed, that they cannot push this deal down my throat, and to cut a long story short, the said they can offer me what I needed at a slight different price, that is a Sim card with a router at R469 month to month, I didn't have a problem with that until they said I should start afresh and apply, wherein I instructed them to cancel everything but to date they are pestering me with the canceled deal, they are so unprofessional
