Axxess Uncapped False advertising

I found the root cause of my unusable internet.<br> <br> This after I have spend hours on the phone with both Telkom and Axxess to get to the route cause, what makes me more frustrated is that Axxess kept on blaming Telkom.... Telkom gave me a test account and it worked flawlessly, I called Axxess again, yet again its Telkom, luckily the one system tech advised me that you have used 60GB for the month and you have been capped.<br> <br> Axxess has capped me at 60GB, Yet I have an uncapped 4mb/s line, their False advertising will now cause me to contact Hellopeter.com as they say: \The Sky is the limit
