Axxess ******* who don't adhere to customers request

Requested for cancellation of service which is a month to month contract. Requested cancellation on 12 November 2019. Which provided them with sufficient time to cancel this service and they just refuses to adhere to this request.

According to their response they require a full month to cancel which just don't make any sense. Essentially forcing to take another month service which you don't want or require.
