Axxess – The Worst Service Provider

I have had an absolutely terrible experience with Axxess. I opened a ticket on 11 November regarding my upload speed not reaching the 50MB that I am paying for. Instead, my speed ranged between 1.15MB and 4.7MB, making it impossible to rely on their service for live streaming or anything requiring consistent upload speeds.

For over 6 weeks, I’ve been going back and forth with service consultants, dealing with several escalations, yet there has been no resolution. Despite this, I am still expected to pay the full subscription fee for a service I am not receiving.

I have a trail of multiple emails with them and have spent over 3 hours of my own airtime on calls trying to resolve this issue. I was promised three times that a team leader would call me to address the matter, but no one ever called.

Their terrible upload speeds and streaming quality, riddled with freeze frames, have cost me valuable viewership. To ensure good production, I’ve had to purchase a Vodacom prepaid SIM and pay extra for reliable service.

Axxess is by far the worst service provider for anyone who relies on a stable connection, especially for live streaming. Avoid them at all costs!
