Axxess the worst ISP around!!!!!!!!!!

So I ordered a package of R495 PM via their website on the 4th of February 2025. People only came out to my premises 3 weeks later to do sctivation and all that.

Said I am supposed to forward B numbers and all to axxess for activation of my internet.

I get notified that payments on my package will go up (I havent even gotten a connection to my internet at this point) to R635 , i cancelled my old subscription which had doible the speed for this same amount. Fast forward to now, I’m on hold with customer service and tech support for more then 3 hours , and they still can’t help, i keep sending mails with photos and all, to no avail, yet i’ll be expected to pay a full amount month end without a single byte of internet used.

I’m beyond ****ing angey with the absolute **** services this ****ing place has to offer.

More then useless these people and their sp called tech support.
