Axxess the worst ISP and service delivery

Worst service ever. Been battling since beginning of December 2019 to get internet service. Millions of emails. No response. Only get a ticket number. Router was finally connected 15 Feb 2020. No ISP username or password were provided. We requested via email. No response. Monday 17 Feb 2020 the first deduction went off. We complained. No response. Tuesday 18 Feb we were informed of March's invoice to go through by end of month. But we have no service!!!! Try and call their PE offices? You are lucky if you get through. Then wait for at least 20 minutes before consultant answers your call. And yet..... Still no service, but our money has been taken....!?!!
