Axxess: the Useless Provider...

I have been a long standing customer of Axxess...but today they have lost me...change my Mobile LTE Router to a fixed MTN one...which I did not want or ask for but was informed that my current one would no longer be in service from the end of November...I get the new MTN LTE which works for 2 weeks and then stops...get told that there is no coverage at my address...so now nothing...phone call centre...no help!!! So moving my work and personal to Telkom instead...
