Axxess - The new **** of ISP's as told by a business partner

I am a business partner with axxess, I try and get 5 Days discount on a month, because they broke the service in that time, instead of being helpful to a business client who brings in clients, they stone wall me and basically imp**** im lying as they are going thru the recorded telephone calls now to hear "what happened", but when I requested they the listen to a voice call where they offered a discount, They refused. **** poor, if you read this and know of a better company to do business with please leave a message.
