Axxess terrible WI_FI provider

We had power cut and as well as load shedding on Friday. Reported the matter with Axxess. Up until today we still don't have WI-FI. I have phoned and emailed using my own resources. And still the issue is not resolved. I've asked them to assign a technician to no success. Should this issue not be resolved by tomorrow will be cancelling my service.
