AXXESS terrible support

Axxess crashed all emails last week, some still down and now they tell me I need to "The mails won't work because the email address did not carry over when the domains were transferred. You will need to log into the domains dashboards and recreate the email address so that the client's emails will begin working again" so i must recreate 100's of address.... useless.
