Axxess terrible service

Very disappointed in their service, I asked how many time for them to assist me, but never got a reply. The girl on the live chat was very helpful, but she couldn't sort my problem. If they can't handle the pressure why are they in the service providing game, I want to support local business, but seems to me I made a mistake, I will rather go overseas then
