Axxess terrible customer service! Seek alternatives

Worst service provider EVER, they take 20 min plus to answer a phone, don't even bother to use their WhatsApp number because that takes even longer IF YOU EVEN GET A REPLY. This is 5 out of 5 attempts to contact them that I have had such terrible service. Also, they lie, everything that I have asked them to refresh my sim card, they say that they have done it and to turn the router off and tonight I hear that vodacom does not allow a network refresh to be done! I regret choosing them and advise anyone seeking a network provider to look at other options, even if they are a bit more expensive.
