Axxess Technology Services bills you for hosting service that doesn't exist

Axxess Technology Solutions host various domains for my company. I deregistered a domain months ago, yet they continue billing me for the service that does not exist!! I have endeavored to remedy this with their accounts department but to no avail. 'Just deff ears'. Please be vary careful dealing with this entity. Once they have your banking details, you are a 'gonna' !!!
