AXXESS TECHNICAL TEAM AND CALL CENTRE DISGRACEFUL

I have never experienced or had to deal with such unhelpful, disrepsting, ********* call centre and technical team ever in my life. We have been without internet since 24/10/2024. Multiple tickets have been logged without any case number or proof, call centre support promise to phone you back and they never do, R250 airtime later and I am exactly where I was last week. STAY AWAY AND GO TO LEVEL 7, AXXESS YIU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER. NOT THAT YOU WOULD CARE ANYWAY.
