Axxess technical dept totally pathetic

Most polite but totally *********** technical call centre staff. Fibre line hasn't worked properly for over a month and so much backwards and forwarding with them. Vumatel is currently the issue and no connection for 3 days now. You can't contact vumatel as only axxess can but when you ask for a SLA time or ETA that can help you or give you any answers or even a solution to your issue. They just report the issue and that is that, they won't even escalate it as urgent after many calls or tickets due to no response from Vumatel for 3 days without internet. Don't use these bunch of clowns as they are limited with knowledge and trying to assist.
