Axxess team not solving my problem

Hi I want to complain I'm so disappointed by the service provider for internet called AXXESS I reported my problem on Sunday during the day I called them and promised to assist , and told me that the problem is with metro Fibre line they will send a query to metro Fibre I called Metro Fibre, they said they send someone to sort out the problem till today I keep on calling waisting my airtime and data telling me that the problem might be LAN cable I used another cable nothing change they suspected Router ..I rushed to Macro and buy Router still nothing happened when we call them to set it up. I told them I need a technician but they decided to ignore me ..I'm sitting at home with my family without TV and internet I use my money to buy data yet i lm paying AXXESS every month ..

I'm not happy at .that's why I decided to cancel it ..but still they are not responding with reference..now I have to wait for them ..IM.SUFFERING WITH MT KIDS OF AXXESS TEAM BOT FOUNG THEIR WORK PROPERLY
