Axxess take their customer for a ride and cannot be trusted!!!

Do not use this company EVER for your LTE service. I have a 180GB LTE service with Axxess. Yesterday, 28/08/2025, my 180GB was used up so I purchased a top-up package of 7.5GB anytime data and 7.5GB night time data. I have been out all day and have just got home to find that my internet is off. On phoning Axxess, I was told that my 7.5GB of anytime data was used up. I don't for a minute believe this and believe that Axxess are taking their customers for a ride. This, less than 24 hours later.

Axxess, I have already cancelled my service with yourselves and my service was supposed to run until the end of September, but I want my service to be cancelled with immediate effect. I will also be stopping my debit order with my ban
