Axxess "support" sucks

I kept complaining about connectivity issues. They could not diagnose the problem and when they eventually realised that Cell-C was the issue, they failed to notify me. Instead, only once I complained yet again(!), did they tell me to cancel my service with them- zero alternative! Zero "support"
