Axxess sucks

I've had multiple issues with Axxess-their customer service is just terrible in terms of actually fixing your problem. They are so very good at sending polite emails apologising for the incovinience they are causing you and your business you are trying to run from home on their ****ty ADSL. They are absolutely useless and they take no responsibility for anything-just pass you onto Telkom who is just as useless. going on 5 days now with no internet at home.....no help from either of them
