Axxess sucks bigtime

Wish I could give them a lesser rating. It's been 24 days without internet. I've called, logged tickets, sent emails. These ***** tell me that a fault has been logged with Zoom who has no record of the fault and who say they don't assign any IPV4 addresses so they can't help. I have to pay 999.99 to get out of this nonsense not for any reason but the fact I haven't had any internet to use for 24 days
