Axxess Sucks Bigtime

What is going on with Axxess. When I originally joined a few years ago the provided excellent service. Unfortunately this has changed drastically. The service is absolutely pathetic. You can never get hold of them. I have been on hold to get through to any department for literally hours. In the last couple of weeks I have depleted my airtime a few times just to get hold of someone. I have been struggling for weeks just to get my existing line moved to my new address. I had to pay for whole month at my previous address because of their incompetence. I have written numerous emails and open tickets on my portal but to no avail. This morning I finally got through to someone and they said my line will be moved. Now my Internet is off and guess what. I cannot get hold of them. Pathetic.
